This week the Olive Oil Commission of California issued a new report indicating the mandatory government sampling program which began in 2014 is resulting in improvements to the quality of California olive oil and more accurate labeling by California olive producers. Olive Oil Commission Begins Fourth Season with Updated Programs
As the California olive oil harvest season is full swing, the Olive Oil Commission of California is working to get the word out to members about new and updated programs and activities for the coming year. Important Research Funded by the OOCC
This month, the Olive Oil Commission of California’s Research Committee will be meeting for an update on ongoing projects funded as part of the OOCC’s research program.
