Todd W. Sanders
Executive Director
Todd Sanders currently serves as the Executive Director of the California Blueberry Commission. As the Executive Director, Mr. Sanders manages the state commission that oversees several issues directly impacting the California blueberry community including: research, trade, promotion, marketing, market development, grades and standards, registration and research for blueberry pest and disease materials, and educating federal, state and international officials on blueberry matters.
Mr. Sanders has extensive experience in marketing and sales, and his recent position as the Commission’s Director of Trade and Technical Affairs for a duration of 13 years, has immensely prepared him for his current Executive Director position.
Mr. Sanders was born and raised in the High Sierra ski resort community of Mammoth Lakes, California. He excelled in sports and was eventually recruited by Whittier College for both football and basketball. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. degree in Psychology. He later pursued a Master’s Degree in International Relations from California State University, Fresno.
