Katie Van Unen
Bookkeeper

Katie Van Unen is the bookkeeper here at the Olive Oil Commission of California, and is graduating in December 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business from California State University, Fresno. Growing up in the Central Valley, has given her a larger appreciation for the work that goes behind the olive oil you see in the store. She is passionate about supporting California Agriculture and enjoys being apart of an organization that represents growers across the state. Throughout her role, Katie helps manage financial records and daily bookkeeping operations while continuing to grow her experience in agricultural finance and business.
