American Olive Oil Producers Association
Established in 2012, The American Olive Oil Producers Association is the unified voice for American olive oil producers and their state associations. AOOPA advocated in Washington, DC, state capitols and with partners around the world for policies for fair global market access for all producers; to support effective testing, standards and regulations; and to promote education about the quality and culinary and health benefits of olive oil.

California Olive Oil Council
​Established in 1992, the California Olive Oil Council is a trade association dedicated to promoting certified California extra virgin olive oil through education, outreach, and communication. The COOC is committed to upholding the highest standards within the olive oil industry through its Seal Certification Program.

Olive Oil Commission of California
​Established in 2014, the Olive Oil Commission of California was created to support farmers by conducting growing and processing research, developing and enforcing standards, and ensuring that California olive oil is accurately labeled so customers can have confidence in the quality of California olive oil.
