Below is a directory of laboratories approved or accredited by AOCS or the IOC for both chemistry and sensory testing. These laboratories meet the standards required by the OOCC for voluntary members. Since voluntary members are not included in the CDFA Sampling and Testing Program for the 2025–2026 compliance year, this resource provides guidance on where olive oil may be tested to maintain membership in good standing.
